We want you to love your MatchGrav pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns — You may return unworn items in their original gift box within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at info@matchgrav.com with your order number.

Condition — Items must be unworn and undamaged, in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unopened.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return shipping — Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or wrong item? — Email a photo to info@matchgrav.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — no return needed in most cases.
